电子掺杂氧化铜材料正规态中的准能隆与自旋涡动

摘要
我们对 t-t'-t''-U Hubbard 模型进行可靠的多体计算，详细解释了近期在电子掺杂高温超导体上的角谱光子能谱实验结果。准能隆的起源可追溯至二维反亚铁磁自旋涡动，其计算得到的随温度变化的相关长度也与最近的中子散射测量结果一致。我们对光子能谱、中子散射以及相图作出了具体预测。
