关于旋转对称函数猜想的证明

摘要
旋转对称布尔函数在密码算法设计中具有重要应用。本文证明了 Cusik 和 Stănică 提出的关于 3 次旋转对称布尔函数（RSBFs）的猜想。由此，确定了此类函数的非线性度。
