在论文的第一部分，我们研究射影簇的一个经典不变量——割线亏缺性。第二部分致力于现代代数几何，我们研究格拉斯曼簇在点处爆破的双有理几何。

The present thesis has more examples and some proofs are more detailed than on the papers
