我们展示了用于ESO-NTT 3.58米望远镜上Son Of X-Shooter(SOXS)仪器的模拟工具——曝光时间计算器(ETC)与端到端模拟器(E2E)的进展。SOXS将是一台单目标光谱设施,由双臂高效率光谱仪构成,能以平均分辨本领R≈4500覆盖350-2000纳米光谱范围。ETC旨在以尽可能高的精度估算信噪比(SNR),而E2E模型使我们能够模拟从感兴趣的科学目标到探测器的光子传播过程。我们详述了ETC与E2E的架构、计算模型与功能。还描述了E2E与外部模拟模块及流水线的接口。也给出了与不同视宁度与观测条件相关的合成光谱格式,以及供流水线摄取的定标帧。
