SOXS端到端模拟器:用于流水线设计的开发与运用

摘要

我们展示了位于ESO-NTT 3.5米望远镜上的SOXS仪器的端到端(End-to-End)模拟器的开发。SOXS将是一台光谱设施,由两臂高效率光谱仪组成,能够覆盖350-2000 nm的光谱范围,分辨本领R=4500。该E2E模型允许模拟从感兴趣的科学目标直至探测器的光子传播过程。模拟器的输出为合成帧,将主要用于优化流水线开发,并可能辅助实验室及望远镜上的适当对准与集成阶段。在本文中,我们将详述模拟器与计算模型的架构,其具有显著的模块化与灵活性特征。我们还展示了与不同视宁度及观测条件相关的合成光谱格式,以及供流水线摄取的定标帧。
