纳米结构衰减中的轮廓标度

摘要
通过台阶流模型研究了晶体锥体在其粗糙化转变以下的展平过程。数值和分析分析表明，高度轮廓h(r,t)遵循标度关系dh/dr = F(r t^{-1/4})。标度函数在半径r<R(t) ~ t^{1/4}处是平坦的。我们找到了标度函数的一族单参数解，并提出了系统达到唯一解的选择准则。
