摘要
拉曼光谱能够通过缺陷激活峰来探测石墨烯中的无序。将这些特征与无序的性质联系起来具有重大意义。这里我们详细分析了含有不同类型缺陷的石墨烯的拉曼光谱。我们发现D峰和D'峰的强度比对于sp3缺陷最大（~13），对于空位类缺陷减小（~7），对于石墨中的边界达到最小值（~3.5）。
