从主导表位演化预测流感 H3N2 疫苗效力

摘要
我们基于流感 A(H3N2) 与候选疫苗病毒在主导表位中的氨基酸替换所度量的抗原距离，预测疫苗效力。在 2016—2017 年，我们的模型预测效力为 19%，而观测值为 20%。该工具通过预测人体对流行毒株的保护力，辅助候选疫苗的选择。
