嵌入平面微腔的自组装横向InGaAs量子点分子的偏振精细结构与增强单光子发射

摘要

为了增加发光提取效率,将单个横向 InGaAs 量子点分子嵌入到平面微腔中。通过结合金属有机气相外延和分子束外延技术,可以制备出单光子发射率增强 30 倍的样品。我们还证明,通过施加横向电场,单光子发射可以在两种不同的分子激子复合能量之间完全切换。此外,我们报道了分子中性激子态存在偏振精细结构分裂,这导致两个偏振分裂的经典关联双激子-激子级联。发现精细结构分裂约为 10 微电子伏。
