摘要
我们报告了单个自组装 InAlAs/Al GaAs 量子点的光谱结果。观察到单个 InAlAs 量子点中 Zeeman 能级在极化依赖下的位移。估计该 InAlAs 量子点中的诱导 Overhauser 场为 0.16 T，其大小可通过激发光的圆极化程度进行控制。
