双隔膜结构中嵌入球形波纹的双隔膜气动压力传感器

摘要
在过程工业中，薄金属浅球隔膜用于测量气动压力。由于施加压力而产生的顶点漂移被转换为电信号，并针对压力进行校准。我们现在提出一种改进的压力传感器结构，通过采用嵌入球形波纹的双端浅球壳，以更大程度地提高灵敏度。通过在压力传感器结构中安装这样的双隔膜，可以进一步提高灵敏度。介绍了隔膜结构的构造细节、评估性能的理论和分析。
