剥离石墨烯中的光致掺杂与应变

摘要
研究了强皮秒近红外激光脉冲对单层石墨烯的改性作用。我们利用拉曼光谱监测了光激发后引入石墨烯的稳定变化。我们发现光激发导致空穴掺杂的局部增加以及压缩应变的减小。文中讨论了这些效应可能的解释,归因于光致氧化和石墨烯的光致屈曲。
