摘要
多铁性氧化物BiFeO3 (BFO)具有复杂的相图,可通过外延薄膜中适当的衬底诱导应变来描绘。通过拉曼光谱,我们确凿地表明,在压缩应变下稳定的所谓超四方T-BFO相薄膜,在约100°C(即接近室温)处显示出可逆的温度诱导相变。
