摘要
本文是研究射影曲面吹胀上某类相干层（我们称之为“稳定反常相干层”）模空间的两篇论文中的第一篇。这些层用于联系射影曲面上稳定相干层的通常模空间与其吹胀上的模空间。在第一部分中，我们给出了射影平面吹胀上带框反常相干层模空间的箭图（或 ADHM）描述。
