摘要
本文讨论的研究关注萨摩亚灾害期间的 ICT 使用，是 2015 年开展的一项研究的复现。该研究使用调查探讨萨摩亚公民如何使用技术、对不同类型信息作出行动，以及信息来源或媒体如何影响灾害期间的行动决策。结果显示，传统广播仍是最突出、最重要且在预警与灾害响应中占主导。然而，移动与社交媒体在灾害通信中的使用正增加。结果还显示，人们在危机时最信任官方发布者作为信息来源。意图在于本研究结果有助于以人为中心的预警与灾害方法，赋予受影响个体及时适当行动以确保灾害中生存的能力。
