我们证明了具有时间非齐次漂移的随机微分方程在本质上最大的（标度不变的）Morrey 类中的唯一弱可解性，即其可积性参数 且接近于 。所构造的弱解构成一个 Feller 演化族。证明基于相应抛物型方程的详细 Sobolev 正则性理论。
