摘要
我们通过给定扰动下血浆葡萄糖浓度的预测行为，刻画了 Bergman 最小模型推注胰岛素输入的最优性。该结果是在血浆葡萄糖浓度必须达到但不低于指定最小值且推注输入为矩形的约束条件下推导得出的。我们给出了 Hovorka 模型结果的数值示例。
