摘要
我们刻画了团注胰岛素输入，该输入在响应任意正有界扰动时，使Magdelaine和Bergman最小模型所预测的血浆葡萄糖浓度最大值最小化，同时保持血浆葡萄糖浓度不低于固定的下限。该刻画通过血浆葡萄糖浓度的最大值与最小值给出，并限制了此类系统的可控性。任何进一步降低血浆葡萄糖浓度最大值的尝试都将导致低血糖。
