摘要
本文 presenting 一个为期两年的研究项目，聚焦于开发基于AI的度量方法来分析课堂动态，尤其关注通过多模态传感器捕获的教师行为。我们应用课堂传感器的实时数据和AI技术，从而提炼有意义的洞见，支持教师发展。关键成果包括一个精选的音视频数据集、新的行为度量方法，以及一个概念验证教学评审仪表盘。初步评估由美国教育研究所（NIE）的八名研究员进行，突出了系统的清晰度、可用性及其非评判性、自动化分析方法——这减少了手动工作负担，并鼓励建设性反思。虽然当前版本不赋予绩效评级，但它提供了课堂互动的客观快照，帮助教师识别并改进其教学策略。该工作在亚洲教育背景下设计与测试，为AI-based教育分析领域贡献了文化嵌入的方法论。
