摘要
我们研究特征为3的有限域上的Kloosterman和K(a)被3^k整除的性质。我们给出了一种求最大k使得3^k整除Kloosterman和K(a)的新递推算法。这为此类Kloosterman和的零点提供了一个新的简单检验。
