圆盘域内细胞爬行迁移的二维流体问题与非线性非局部反应-平流-扩散问题的数值解

摘要
在本工作中，我们提出一种用于二维爬行细胞迁移问题近似解的数值格式。该模型定义于不可变形圆盘域上，由 Darcy 流体问题、Poisson 问题以及反应-平流-扩散问题耦合而成。此外，平流速度依赖于边界值，使得该问题非线性且非局部。\par对于圆盘域，可利用模型极坐标形式的有限体积法获得数值解。模拟表明，不同的迁移行为均可被捕捉。
