摘要

在前一篇论文中，我们建立了有限域 ${\Bbb F}_q$ 上射影 $3$ -空间中曲面点数的一个初等界。在本文中，我们给出了达到该初等界的曲面的完整列表。确切地说，这些曲面包括双曲曲面、非奇异 Hermite 曲面以及包含 $3$ -空间中所有 ${\Bbb F}_q$ -点的最低次数曲面。
