摘要
研究表明，石墨烯中库仑势诱导的“真空极化”即使在未掺杂（无载流子）情况下也会导致电荷的强烈抑制。因此，标准的线性响应理论不适用于描述石墨烯中电荷杂质的屏蔽。特别是，它显著高估了电荷杂质对石墨烯电阻率的贡献。
