摘要
三维非交换 Maxwell-Chern-Simons 理论通过星积和非交换场来定义。我们采用 Seiberg-Witten 映射将其用普通场表示。引入一个母作用量并推导出对偶作用量。对于空间非交换性，我们研究到非交换参数 θ 的二阶。受对偶作用量的启发，我们定义了一个用普通场表示的新非交换 Chern-Simons 作用量。此外，我们提出了非交换场与普通场之间的一个变换。
