堆叠设计铝单电子晶体管中的噪声

摘要
我们制造并研究了几个铝单电子晶体管，其小岛位于对电极之上，因此不与介电衬底接触。所有晶体管的等效电荷噪声值出奇地低，在f = 10 Hz时为(2.5 - 7)*10E-5 e/sqrt(Hz)。虽然检测到的最低噪声主要源于背景电荷的涨落，但隧道结电导的噪声贡献有时被发现占主导地位。
