摘要
尽管在有界性或严格尾部假设下，经验过程上确界的有效集中不等式已经存在，但在相当弱的假设下尚无可比结果。在本文中，我们在仅假设经验过程包络具有低阶矩的条件下推导出集中不等式。即使包络远大于所考虑的单个函数，这些集中不等式依然有效。
