摘要
我们分析了从科学家合作图到 living cells 中不同转录组相似性构成的网络等 Growing 网络。为明确这些图的无尺度性质和层次结构，还使用了确定性构建方法。我们展示了如何通过稀疏随机图模型的特征值谱来对小规模测量网络进行分类。
