摘要
我们证明了独立 Steinhaus 随机变量（即平面上均匀分布在圆周上的变量）之和的负矩的紧上界。结合 earlier works 系列：K"onig-Kwapie\'n（2001）、Baernstein II-Culverhouse（2002）和 K"onig（2014），这完成了对 Steinhaus 和的 sharp Khinchin 型不等式的研究。顺便而言，我们修正了 earlier paper 中的一个错误，并为 Rényi 熵的紧界提供了一个应用。
