摘要
我们表明,由于LaSrCuO的弱铁磁性,外部磁场导致面内传输发生维数异质性2D→3D。这种异质性导致空穴的局域化长度增加,从而在变范围跳跃 regime 中引发显著的负磁阻。该机制定量解释了LaSrCuONéel相中负磁阻的 puzzling实验数据。
