摘要
我们提出了一种尺寸效应，其在以两最近邻团簇间跳跃为主要输运机制的颗粒金属-绝缘体材料中导致负磁阻。我们表明跳跃概率随磁场增加而增大。这源于少电子团簇中的能级交叉。因此，两个相邻团簇的电子态重叠增加，从而导致负磁阻。
