欠掺杂LSCO中超导性的逐渐涌现

我们展示了针对强欠掺杂La2x_{2-x}Srx_{x}CuO4_{4}x=0.05x=0.050.060.060.070.07)低能磁涨落的三轴中子散射研究,为这些涨落与超导性之间的直接竞争提供了定量证据。在掺杂x=0.06x=0.06x=0.07x=0.07时,发现了三维超导性,而对于x=0.05x=0.05仅能检测到 residing 于CuO2_2面内的极弱二维超导性信号。我们发现,在所有三种掺杂下,低能涨落均被外磁场惊人地抑制。这意味着二维超导性对磁场的响应类似于体超导体。我们的结果为铜氧化物中超导性非常渐进的起始提供了直接证据。
