通过磁控共溅射，在 MgO 和 MgAl2O4 衬底上沉积了标称成分为 Cr2CoGa 的薄膜。为了在逆 Heusler 结构中实现结晶，测试了不同的热处理工艺。然而，观察到的并非逆 Heusler 结构，而是依赖于热处理条件的相分离和析出相形成。主要析出相为具有 A15 结构的 Cr3Ga。其余部分形成具有 B2 结构的富 Co 的 CoGa，以及可能具有 sigma 相的富 Cr 的 CoCr。
