摘要
Cr 掺杂 V2O3 中的同结构金属-绝缘体相变是顺磁金属与顺磁绝缘体之间 Mott-Hubbard 相变的教科书级范例。我们回顾了近期的理论计算以及实验发现，这些结果为这一著名相变提供了新见解。具体而言，旧的掺杂-压力等效范式并不成立，且 Cr 掺杂 V2O3 中存在微尺度相分离。
