摘要
我推导了寻找缓慢运动 Chern-Simons 涡旋的有效拉格朗日量动能项的一般形式论。考虑了场关于速度线性的形变。由它们必须满足的方程，我提取了在涡旋重合极限下的动能项。对于彼此交越的涡旋，存在局域的直角散射。该方法基于场方程而非作用量泛函的分析，故亦可用于凝聚态物理非相对论模型中的非变分方程。
