摘要
闪存的激进尺寸缩小威胁到了数据可靠性，因为单元尺寸的缩小导致了更严重的退化机制，如单元间干扰和横向电荷扩散。这些机制的影响具有模式依赖性，某些数据模式比其他模式更脆弱。在本文中，我们将考虑退化机制和模式依赖性对数据模式进行分类。此外，我们提出了几种调制编码方案，通过将原本脆弱的数据模式转换为更鲁棒的模式来提高数据可靠性。
