微生物杀虫剂模型中抑制效应的建模

摘要

微生物杀虫剂可避免传统化学杀虫剂的许多负面影响。为对抑制效应进行建模,本文提出了一个昆虫病原线虫同时杀死目标昆虫并抑制其出生率的模型。在模型中,我们通过持续释放线虫达到限制或消灭害虫的目的。通过分析模型平衡点的稳定性以及 Hopf 分岔周期解的稳定性,得到了防治害虫的最佳方案,并以实例和数值模拟验证了我们的结论。

Many studies have shown that some species of microorganism A (or plant extracts) can inhibit other species of microorganism B (bacteria or fungi), and this inhibiting effect can reduce the birth rate of microorganism B. Consequently, the density of B is inversely proportional to the density of A. Thus, using an inverse proportional function to modelling the inhibiting effect is very reasonable
