Minami 估计：超越秩一微扰与单调性

摘要
在本注记中，我们针对一类具有有限支撑变号单点势的离散合金型模型证明了 Minami 估计。我们应用 Minami 估计来证明能级间距的泊松统计。我们的结果适用于在某种意义上足够接近标准 Anderson 势（即耦合了独立同分布随机变量的秩一微扰）的随机势。
