度量平均维数与模拟压缩

摘要

Wu和Verdú发展了几乎无损模拟压缩理论,其中对压缩器与解压缩器施加各种正则性条件,并将输入信号建模为(通常为无限熵的)平稳随机过程。在本工作中,我们考虑所有轨迹位于给定(双)无穷序列集中的平稳随机过程,并依据度量平均维数与平均盒维数给出某些压缩率的统一下界与上界。一个关键工具是近期Lindenstrauss-Tsukamoto变分原理,其用率失真函数表达度量平均维数。我们还得到了固定平稳过程压缩率的、基于率失真维数率的低界,并研究了若干例子。
