广义 Hubbard 模型中半填充态下的金-绝缘相变

摘要
本文研究了在半填充、零温度下，广义 Hubbard 模型中伴随相关跳跃的金-绝缘相变。计算了电子体系的单粒子格林函数和能谱。获得了能隙宽度和极化态（空穴或双占）浓度的表达式。找到了金属和绝缘态的条件。
