含安德森-哈伯德中心体系的金属-绝缘体相变相图

摘要
本文研究了一个强关联系统模型，其中周期性排列的安德森-哈伯德中心被引入窄带金属中。除了局域磁矩之间的相互作用和强在位库仑相互作用外，该模型还考虑了局域态与能带态的杂化。为了研究晶格形变对体系电学性质的影响，模型中纳入了声子项和弹性能。求得了能带电子和局域电子的格林函数。在此基础上，研究了能谱作为模型参数、温度和外部压力的函数。推导了整数电子浓度下金属-绝缘体相变的判据，并构建了金属-绝缘体相变的相图。
