物种树、基因树及其调和的矩阵解析方法

摘要
我们考虑调和问题，其任务是在给定可用数据下，寻找基因树到物种树的映射，以最大化此种拟合的似然。我们描述物种树进化的模型、基因树进化的亚功能化模型，并提供计算调和似然的算法。我们利用矩阵解析方法理论推导结果，并描述用于计算一系列有用度量的高效算法。我们用实例阐明该理论，并给出所讨论量的物理解释，重点在于该理论对不完整数据的实际应用。
