骨髓增殖性肿瘤中突变顺序问题的数学模型:非可加性与非交换性

摘要
在一些骨髓增殖性肿瘤患者中,可发现两种基因突变:JAK2 V617F 与 TET2。当一种突变存在或不存在时,另一种突变对调控基因表达具有不同效应。此外,当两种突变均存在时,发生顺序可能产生影响。本文中,我们建立非线性常微分方程模型与马尔可夫链模型来解释此类现象。
