摘要
通过紫外脉冲激光辐照去除了 SiO/Si 衬底上的石墨烯。去除石墨烯的阈值激光功率密度依赖于石墨烯厚度。利用衬底表面热膨胀的动能讨论了该机理。利用这种厚度依赖性,展示了针对石墨烯的厚度(或层数)选择性加工。还展示了在空气中利用激光辐照对石墨烯进行无掩模图形化。
