三维海森堡弱随机各向异性模型的磁相变:蒙特卡洛研究

摘要
通过蒙特卡洛模拟研究了三维海森堡弱(D/J=4)随机各向异性(RA)模型中向磁准长程序(QLRO)相的磁相变(MPT)。针对简单立方晶格系统,考虑了RA轴各向同性分布和立方分布。有限尺寸标度分析表明,前者和后者的临界耦合分别为K_c=0.70435(2)和K_c=0.70998(4)。而临界指数1/ν=1.40824(0)在两种情况下相同。因此,二阶MPT向QLRO相是可能的,这与近期泛函重整化群理论所预测的QLRO存在性一致。
