电荷补偿双层石墨烯中的线性磁电阻

摘要
我们报道了在电荷补偿双层石墨烯中，于1.5至150 K温度范围内的不饱和线性磁电阻。观察到的线性磁电阻在远离电荷中性时消失，排除了用经典随机电阻网络模型对该效应的传统解释。我们表明，实验结果与考虑电子-空穴复合和有限尺寸样品几何的唯象双流体模型定性相符。
