给出了形如{equation*} \lim_{(x,y)\rightarrow (a,b)}\frac{f(x,y)}{g(x,y)} {equation*}的极限存在的充分必要条件，假设f和g在点(a,b)附近是实解析函数，且g在(a,b)处有孤立零点。还提供了一个算法（在MAPLE 12中实现）。该算法判断极限的存在性，并在存在时计算它。它被证明比最新版本MAPLE中的算法更强大。使用的主要工具是亨泽尔引理和皮瑟级数理论。
