摘要
中立地评估大规模前沿科学实验所带来的风险十分困难。在此背景下，传统的风险评估由于多种原因存在问题。此外，此类实验可以通过操纵风险的界定方式而免受质疑。然而，法院能够且必须评估这些风险。在本章中，我提出定性推理的模式以促进此类评估。
