利用光镊研究小生物系统的热力学

摘要
我们提供了两个例子，说明应用于生物系统的单分子实验技术如何能够深入理解平衡和非平衡介观热力学范围内的问题。第一个例子是大分子自由能景观的映射，第二个例子是Crooks涨落定理的实验验证。在这两个例子中，实验装置都包括光镊和DNA分子。
