单分子实验在生物力学中的应用：探索非平衡小系统的热行为

摘要
生物分子在细胞内承担着非常特殊的任务，涉及的能量只有几十个 k_BT，这些能量足够小，以至于在许多生物分子过程中，热涨落都具有重要意义。本文我讨论了一些概念，并呈现了一些实验结果，说明将涨落定理应用于生物分子研究，对我们理解小系统非平衡热行为有何贡献。
