摘要
对基于ZnSe量子阱与非对称ZnBeMnSe和ZnBeSe势垒的量子结构在磁场中的光致发光(PL)研究表明，将Be引入半磁ZnMnSe会导致导带和价带的交换积分减小，并形成基于Mn的复合物，该复合物的能级与ZnBeMnSe或ZnSe的V带能级简并，导致自旋翻转电子跃迁。
